I feel honored to speak about Meru Healing & Training. As an engineer, I apply science to every aspect of life. Being born in Kathmandu, Nepal, spirituality and religion were instilled in me from birth. I have practiced various forms of healing throughout my life and during my research, I discovered that the secret behind all healing methods is the same, although the practices and methodologies differ. Based on this, I developed MERU Healing by integrating various healing modalities, psychology, and Eastern philosophy. This method blends scientific research with spiritual energy and utilizes hypnotism/hypnotherapy to provide personalized experiences for both healing and training purposes.
